A life-long resident of Washington County, Utah, Chelsea received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Dixie State University.  Her primary focus is Mesquite, Nevada  and  Washington County, Utah.  Chelsea is on the FHA roster and USDA Rural Development roster for Nevada and Utah.
